Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that during peak periods (e.g. sales, product launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Southeast Asia (SEA): 2 - 3 business days
  • United States (USA): 3 - 4 business days
  • European Union (EU): 2 - 4 business days
  • Other regions: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or external factors beyond our control.

International Shipping and Duties
For international orders, custom duties, taxes and import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. 

  • Southeast Asia (SEA): Charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • United States (USA): Prices are displayed inclusive of tax.
  • European Union (EU): Prices are displayed inclusive of tax.
  • Shipping: Fees are configured specifically for each market.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is arranged for courier pick up, a tracking link will be provided via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to PO boxes or restricted locations. If your address falls within a restricted area, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Delays and Issues
While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. 

If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact your regional support team with your receipt/proof of purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. 

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist before the order is dispatched.

Partial/Combined Shipments
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple parcels or combined depending on item availability/order. You will be notified via email if this applies to your order.
