Meguru Yamaguchi
Shop collectionMeguru Yamaguchi pushes the boundaries of painting and gestural abstraction through his sculptural paintings. The Japanese artist’s “Cut & Paste” technique consists of applying layers of paint onto plastic sheets to dry, later removing and pasting them onto canvases or wooden boards. The result is a vibrant, abstract three-dimensional collage. His breakthrough work Out Of Bounds # 87 – December (2018) demonstrates unconstrained gesture as he explores the liberating potential of painting. Appearing as though they are bursting out of the surface, Yamaguchi’s paintings are sophisticated combinations of color and form that express movement and poetry. Though influenced by Japanese street culture and street artists such as KAWS, Futura, and Ryan McGinley, Yamaguchi is also trained in traditional painting methods, having studied painters such as Gerhard Richter and Cecily Brown. Yamaguchi, who has collaborated with brands including Uniqlo, Billionaire Boys Club, and Oakley, creates a new form of artistic expression by deviating from and destroying the preconceived notions of painting.

Patta
Shop collectionPatta and Helinox have teamed up once again for a special collaborative release, merging heritage and modern design into a unique product that speaks to both craftsmanship and cultural pride.
The collaboration between Patta and Helinox is based on the Helinox Tactical Chair while being inspired by the Surinamese Pangi cloth, a culturally significant garment of the Maroon communities.
This specific Pangi cloth, owned by Patta’s co-founder Guillaume Schmidt’s late father, adds a personal and historical touch. The Pangi, known as 'Kosu' in Saamaka, has evolved from a symbol of inferiority to one of freedom and pride, reflecting the resilience of Suriname’s interior communities. -

Since then, he has collaborated with and provided artwork for renowned brands such as NIKE, ASICS3, Supreme, BAPE, and FCRB, creating various shoes including the "Nike Air Force 1 Ueno Sakura", which has become the subject of reissues.Through his various artistic explorations, Sneakerwolf seeks to dissolve the boundaries between Eastern and Western cultures, literature and painting, high art and folk art, and other traditional dichotomies.
